There are Street Food versions in Asia and Latin America.
For previous versions of Sculinary docuseriesthe Netflix team traveled to Japan, Mexico, Brazil and India, among other places to film episodes of the series.
How many cities will the crew visit?
To film the American version of street foodthe film crew visited six cities around the United States.
They explored several dishes in Los Angeles, Portland, Oregon, New York, New Orleans, Miami and Oahu in Hawaii.
During the show, the team spoke with street food creators and customers.
The synopsis reads, “Taste the most beloved bites on America’s streets, and along the way, learn about the hugely diverse real people behind the food.”
Brian McGinn, Andrew Fried and David Gelb are executive producers on the project, with Dane Lillegard serving as co-executive producer.
Meanwhile, Ursula Collison and Drew Palombi produced the Netflix show.
When was Street Food: USA released on Netflix?
For all the foodies, Netflix will be streaming US episodes of Street Food on July 26, 2022.
The American version of the show is the third documentary series created by Brian McGinn, Andrew Fried, David Gelb and Dane Lillegard.
In April 2019, Netflix released the first version of the show.
In July 2020, Netflix released the second title.
Two years later, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we will witness the American version of the show and the third chapter.
