The upcoming opening in Vancouver is Chez Menya Itto first location in North America. Menya Itto Vancouver is scheduled to open in March 2022.
Menya Itto was founded in Tokyo and is known for its tsukemen also known as cold noodles that you dunk in a separate bowl of soup.
Menya Itto broths are slowly simmered for over twelve hours containing seafood, chicken and even lobster in select broths combined with authentic and rare ingredients from Japan.
Their noodles are made in-house from seven varieties of specialty flour providing the ultimate smooth and velvety texture while possessing a nice chewy elastic bite.

Menya Itto Chashu Tsukemen
Menya Itto’s signature broth dips ramen with shiso-infused crispy-textured chicken balls with a slice of pork belly chashu, with generous house-made thick noodles.
Menya Itto Classic Tsukemen
Menya Itto’s Signature Bouillon dipping Ramen with Ajisuke Tamago and shiso-infused crunchy textured chicken balls with generous thick homemade noodles.
Deluxe Noko Gyokai Ramen
Thick and creamy chicken and seafood soup with scallop oil and homemade thin noodles. Served with 2 each of 3 types of chashu consisting of pork belly, pork shoulder and chicken.

Ajitsuke Tamago (Egg Ramen)
Boiled egg with flavored pastry cream yolk in a smoked and salted dashi shoyu. Our eggs come from free range hens on natural diets supplemented with organic feed.

Thick slices of pork belly slowly poached in naturally brewed soy sauce until tender and melt-in-your-mouth.
