Shelley Sandzer Secures Additional Ealing Site For Japanese Food Brand

Acting on behalf of the brand, Shelley Sandzer has acquired an additional location in London for Japanese ramen brand, Tonkotsu.

The 1,500 square foot unit is located at 14 New Broadway, as part of the Dicken’s Yard development in Ealing and close to Pho, Bill’s, Nando’s and Franco Manca.

Shelley Sandzer has worked with the brand at other locations before, including Notting Hill which opened in 2016 and more recently Stratford International which opened at the end of July.

Commenting on the deal, Leo Feldman, partner at Shelley Sandzer, said: “Since debuting in Soho in 2012, Tonkotsu [has] developed a fantastic business with great locations each with their own character and we are happy to have [played] a part in their growth.

These two recent deals will bring the brand’s total number of locations to 11, including two dealerships at Selfridges in Birmingham and on Oxford Street.

The news follows the recent announcement that Shelley Sandzer has secured a third location for brunch and healthy dining, the Elan Café, in Oxford Circus, and the first London Cocktail Club location outside of London at 37 Triangle West. in Bristol.
