Olivier, BC | The most exciting new wine and culinary destination in the Okanagan Valley, The restaurant at Phantom Creek Estates, will offer exceptional dinners on Fridays and Saturdays starting September 30 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. under the direction of celebrity executive chef, Alessa Valdez. The new dinner series will feature a five-course menu meticulously curated by Chef Valdez, inspired by the seasons and prepared with local, artisanal produce – a true celebration of South Okanagan terroir.

The menu will offer dishes such as Foie Gras with peach, hibiscus tuile, poultry, homemade brioche and nasturtium, Moose fillet with cauliflower, wild spruce tips, cippolini onion, chanterelle mushrooms, Saskatoons and juniper, Entremets with chocolate and praline with salted capers, chocolate mousse, sea buckthorn thorn and candied orange peel, and more. At $250 per guest, this delicious menu can be tastefully paired with Library and Exclusive wines from the Phantom Creek Estates winery for an additional $50. Thanksgiving is fast approaching and Chef Alessa has prepared an exceptional five-course menu exclusively for Wine Club members. At $175 per member, the menu includes an oyster and caviar amuse-bouche, a ballotine of turkey with potato fondant, red kuri squash, heirloom carrots, Brussels sprouts and albufera sauce, and a baby pie. pumpkin. This exceptional (and educational) experience will be available on Friday October 7th and Saturday October 8th and will feature special guests. Director of Winemaking Mark Beringer and Director of Agriculture Amy Richards will guide members through their harvest, grapes and wines. .
