Okada Manila reopens Enbu with exciting new menu for Japanese food lovers

MANILA, Philippines — There’s more to love at Enbu as the restaurant reopens with a new menu to excite the palate. The restaurant is reigniting its kitchen grill to serve Japanese food enthusiasts and loyal patrons a slew of new dishes to savor.

Enbu offers a full range of classic Japanese dishes perfect for Sake and wine pairings. The entire dining experience is enhanced by the visual spectacle of live cooking complemented by a beautiful dining setting accented by 2,160 chochin lanterns hanging from the ceiling, reminiscent of the festivals and picturesque streets of Japan.

Savor delicious kushiyaki (grilled meat and vegetable skewers) such as the Chef’s Recommendation, a sampler plate including beef, pork, chicken, fish and vegetables.

The new menu offerings combine all-time favorites and much-loved Japanese must-haves. There are other appetizers to enjoy including light and refreshing salads such as calamari salad, cheese tempura and an assortment of sushi (maguro, salmon, white fish and fish of the day), sashimi (maguro, Salmon, moriawaseetc.) and maki (spicy tuna roll, kani salad roll, tempura maki, dragon roll, etc.).

Savor delicious kushiyaki plates (grilled meat and vegetable skewers) as recommended by the chef, a sample plate including beef, pork, chicken, fish and vegetables.
