JAPAN’s Next-Food-Ecosystem – EIN Presswire

Singapore, springboard for expansion in Asia

SINGAPORE, Nov. 4, 2022 /EINPresswire.com/ — Japan’s NEXT Food Ecosystem announced its Asia expansion plan during a press conference held this afternoon at the Country Foods Experiential Center located at the House of Arts.

The group sees itself as the closest strategically positioned group of unicorn food tech companies to immediate and multiple NASDAQ IPOs. Their vision and goals are aligned not only in Japan but also internationally and the group has rapidly and dynamically developed its successful nested business based on vintage food inventions by NEXT MEATS Co., Ltd. (Alternative Meats) and Dr. Foods Co., Ltd. (Vegan Foie Gras) with its international burger franchise partner Wayback Burgers (USA). Their shared corporate goal is to create an SDG-focused and investable “Next-Food-Ecosystem”, starting in Japan and expanding to the world.

NEXT MEATS Co., Ltd., a Japanese subsidiary of NEXT MEATS Holdings, Inc. (OTC market in the United States, publicly traded company as “NXHM”) is the inventor of the first Yakiniku Short-Rib, Skirt – Plant-based Steak and Wagyu 2.0. .

Dr.Foods Co., Ltd., a Japanese subsidiary of Dr.Foods Inc. (an OTC-listed company in the United States as “DRFS”), the Tokyo-based food technology company and the spin-off company of NEXT MEATS Co., is the inventor of the world’s first “vegan foie gras” and will begin operations in Singapore, the world capital of cell culture food technology.

Wayback Burgers was established in Delaware, USA in 1991 with a mission to create a unifying culture through a love of food. The chain offers handmade burgers, made-to-order meals, healthy vegan cuisine, and award-winning handmade ice cream milkshakes. Focused on freshness, all meals are great value and strongly positioned at a competitive price. Wayback Burgers spans 170 locations, operates in more than 40 countries, and approximately 500 more restaurants under contract to open globally.

WB Burgers Asia, Inc. (an OTC-listed company in the United States as “WBBA”) recently opened its flagship restaurant in Omotesando (Tokyo) and welcomes major franchise partners in Asia.

NEXT Restaurant, an exciting new gourmet venture from Japanese international food company WB Burgers Asia, Inc. (OTC Market in the US, a publicly traded company as “WBBA”) will begin exporting a variety of vegan bento boxes traditional home style of Japan. All of the above companies are strategically listed on the OTC market in the United States with the aim of going public on the NASDAQ in the near future.

The team comprised of senior management from WB Burgers, NEXT Meats, NEXT Restaurant and Dr Foods presented their strategy on how the joint venture partnership proposal will create a cross-functional investment cycle that introduces capital and grassroots alliance for broader equity in NASDAQ IPO participation in the near future. Working with new National Master Franchise Partners in all 10 countries covered, the international group plans a lifecycle of collaboration on mutual performance, risk mitigation and exceptional customer experiences.

During the press conference, the management team announced its invitation to new business partners and investors from Asia and beyond to join their “Next-Food-Ecosystem”.
