Food Brands Join Forge Island | Yorkshire Property News




Four food brands have signed up for the Forge Island development in Rotherham.

Urban regeneration developer Muse has entered into a three-part deal with Thistle Group.

Casa Peri Peri will bring Portuguese and South African food, created by Chef starring Bobby Gita.

Estabulo Rodizio/Sakku Samba is a dual-brand concept honoring the Gaucho style of cooking while celebrating the fusion of Japanese and Brazilian cuisine.

Finally, Caffé Noor is a luxury cafe that will donate 50% of all profits to local community organizations to support vulnerable people.

Raife Gale, Senior Director of Development at Muse, said: “At Muse, we want to bring choice and social purpose to the cities in which we work. Bringing these four brands to Forge Island demonstrates what we seek to achieve here. , and we look forward to being there in October.

“Working closely with the council, we are creating a brand new dining and leisure offering for Rotherham. Together we are driving inward investment and growth to support the local economy, providing opportunities for local people who, hopefully will kick-start further investment and development in the city.”

Cinema operator The Arc and national hotel chain Travelodge have already signed on to anchor Forge Island.
