This salad is the epitome of freshness and flavor! Natsu Maki is a favorite summer roll with avocado, mango, raw mango, beetroot topped with chia seeds and mango salsa.

Miki Miso Dumplings are available in vegetarian and seafood options and are served with green chili miso which adds the perfect umami flavor profile to the dumplings. Crispy Panko Rolls are fried panko pancakes with mango and crunchy vegetables, with a creamy mayonnaise, making it one of the most comforting dishes on the menu.

Describing the menu, chef Eric Sifu says: “While mangoes are unquestionably the king of fruits and the most important ingredient of the season as well as some dishes on our menu, we have tried to go beyond that. . We have introduced tropical and citrus flavors like kaffir in addition to lychees, oranges and melons, keeping them very seasonal but without straying from the Asian flavors we are known for. We have limited the menu to a tapas concept to keep it light but tasty, to complement the hot and humid Mumbai weather.”

For the very first time, Foo incorporates a range of Hong Kong-style Boba teas. Available in 3 flavors, The Classic Milk Tea, Matcha and Taro, the chewy tapioca pearls will bring you the flavors of the streets of Hong Kong! Adding to the latest trend of Virgin G&Ts, The Moshi Moshi, Ikigai and Nikkō use Bab Louie & Co. bitters, tonic water and different flavors like orange, lemongrass, kiwi, grapefruit and more !

This menu is available at all times from May 1 to May 31.
