To start the recipe, first mix cornstarch and water in a bowl. Then, in a separate bowl, whisk all the sauce ingredients together. Boil for about 4-5 minutes, then reduce to low heat. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture. Simmer for a while or until the mixture coats the back of a spoon. Put aside.

Now boil four cups of water in a saucepan over high heat. Stir in ramen noodles and cook until soft. Once cooked, drain the noodles and pour the sauce over them. Mix well. Reduce the heat to medium and cook the noodles, until the sauce is slightly absorbed. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
