As Mother’s Day approaches (Sunday, May 8), Botanist has created a special three-course menu.
Upon reservation on Saturday May 7 and Sunday May 8, the three-course menu of Executive Chief Hector Laguna is available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for $84 per person.
The meal begins with a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, and also includes a craft cocktail such as the Morning Velvet (tequila añejo, espresso, sherry and cream) or Pacific Mist (gin infused in tea, grappa, vanilla honey and egg white). Guests can choose a selection of three plates from each respective section of the menu: Morning Stretch, Main Event and Sweet Ending. Morning stretch options include a Salmon toast on open sourdough and Homemade Burrata Salad with spring vegetables and marinated olives. For the main event, choose from gourmet dishes like a Oven-roasted leg of lamb with roasted root vegetables and rosemary jus, or a Ricotta Salata with cavatelli veal ragout. To end on a sweet note, customers can choose from the following dishes: Citrus and olive oil cake, Dark Chocolate Blackcurrant Fondant and Lychee mousse with white chocolate.
